19/Oct/08 - Scouts navigate a 7km hike along the Mt Bass trail to Winifred falls in the National Park and enjoyed swimming in the creek on a hot day. Eight new Scouts were invested near the falls.

When Baden-Powell visited Australia he attended a Scout camp in the showground arena at the old Moore Park site. That was the only time that anyone camped in that showground and again 99 years later this is the only occasion that anyone has camped in the new showground arena at Homebush Bay.
